General Therapeutic Process:
• Bone marrow collection:
In the sterilized operation room , 40-80ml bone marrow is collected from upper carina of iliac bone under local anaesthesia.
• Stem cell collection and frozen :
Stem cells are collected and cultivated from bone marrow in the laborary.
• Amplification
Stem cells are amplificated and cultivated for 3-6weeks until reach the clinical demands.
• Intravenous re-transfusion:
Certain number of stem cells are re-transfused through peripheral vein or from visceral vessel use stereotactic CT imaging-guided interventional biopsy.
